QUICK, LEGAL, AFFORDABLE apostille affixing can be requested at the following ministries:

You need to go through four procedures in order to affix the double apostille:

1. Affixing the apostille stamp on the original document or on its notarized copy at the required Ministry of Ukraine; 
2. Translating the document into a required language – the language of the country to which the document is submitted;
3. Certifying the translation by a notary;
4. Affixing another apostille stamp on the translation.

Requirements:

You need to provide your original new-type Marriage Certificate in good condition and not laminated. If your Certificate is laminated or not in decent condition, you should turn to the registry office at your place of residence in order to request a duplicate. 

The price of apostille affixing on Marriage Certificate is 650 UAH
The term for apostille affixing at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is from 3 to 5 working days.
